The business plan for fiscal year 2011 is due for submission to the Board of Directors in May. We are holding an on-line discussion from March 23-April 16 to gather input from the community for the drafting of this plan.

OCW is waste of money.
OCW cost is 80 % of ONLINE course development. It iğs better to spend 20 % more and have millions of people learn from it. Please look up http://www.academicearth.org and Carnegie Mellon model . Carnegie charges even $ 10-20 per course. It is wonderful. It assures the sustainablity of the project .
