Very simple.
ONLINE Courses a perfect ones are very expensive . $ 1.000.000 beliecve me good ones.
But one course should be shared by Millions.
Every online course developed by any university in USA should be open to all universities in the USA + world.
And every students should pay only $ 10 per course per pers0n per semester. Every university should assign their own facilitator professor. Professor can make 25 % overtime and paid. They are also happy.
Be careful cost of one 3-credit course per person per semester face to face is at least $ 1.000 . And usually universities are charging $ 2.000 or so .
ONLINE for SHQARE . Please SHARE it. The more you SHARE the more valuable your assets will be. Please do not make it free . Free things are considered worthless. That is human psychology. I share all online courses of Yale, MIT, Princeton, Harvard, Stanford, Berkeley , UCLA available at http://www.academicearth.org in Turkey with 3.000.000 students. Thanks billion to them . mgozaydin@hotmail.com from Turkey
