Free Digital Textbooks Initiative Receives $263,000

Michelle Bryant is reporting that the Texas Language Technology Center (TLTC) has received $263,000 to create foreign language textbooks. From the post:

By comparison, Français interactif, a TLTC online curriculum aimed at first-year French students, offers a range of prices and options: free downloadable PDFs or print-on-demand textbooks delivered to your doorstep for just $16.95 for black and white, or $50.95 for color.

    Were is the message with donation for program OPEN-EDUCATION?Yes I writte this messages for each persons,association governamentalsand non governamentals,concerns,company private to giving the suport material to find in first fase a university who want cooperation in this domains and to do a softwere special for this program ,we want a softwere withy high capacity to entry more information stocked afetter we offer the lesson necesaire from any student who want request by domains ,history,geography Etc. in varios leanguece.Thgis is the part important because cost very much a translation in a single leanguece.But it the money it is enaf for translation in two ,three languece is perfect for the moment.Aor organization is ready from point moral and psihic with 20 peoples to start this program but we waite the founds necesaire and aproval from aor governement of project to start this program OPEN-EDucation.
