OER in Health shares the link to the OER in Health Whitepaper drafted by David Stern and Ted Hans, and calls for feedback. The outline for the document comprises four sections: OER Background; Rationales for developing and distributing OER; Challenges to OER development and implementation; and Sample OER solutions.
